Ana Batîr Wrote Her First Line of Code in GirlsGoIT Bootcamp

Ana from Stefan Voda is among the 77 newly recruited ambassadors from 10 regions in Moldova benefiting from the 4-week spring bootcamp engaging girls to take interest in technology by teaching them how to code and build a web app for a social cause. The workshop is guided by our in-built web app development curriculum.

GirlsGoIT 4-week spring bootcamp started on the 29th of April and will end on the 20th of May. The workshop are done every Saturday at the public libraries in the regions and the 10 local club network of GirlsGoIT. The public libraries are equipped with IT infrastructures by Novateca's Global Library program to support 21st century modern libraries in Moldova.

Last year, the Embassy of Germany in Chisinau supported the first bootcamp program, which lasted for 12 weeks. As a result, 2 ambassadors from Stefan Voda were awarded internship at FFW Agency in Chisinau.
